About

Josh Gilliam is a Salesforce Solutions Architect at The Nielsen Company.  His primary professional focus at the moment is development on the Salesforce Force.com platform relating to the Apttus CPQ / CLM tool sets.  He is also the proud husband of Jamie Lynn Gilliam, a Musical Theatre Instructor in Tampa, FL, where he resides.  Having started his adult life as a musical theatre performer, and transitioned into life as a software developer, Josh now gets the best of both worlds…he develops and designs Salesforce solutions by day for The Nielsen Company, and still gets to do the occasional performance with his lovely wife.

Josh holds an MBA from East Carolina University with a certificate in Management Information Systems.  His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Otterbein College (now Otterbein University). Josh likes to say he is, “well educated in the business of putting on a show…or the show of putting on a business.”
